Cabbage rice – budget-friendly zero-rice

Ingredients:

2 cups finely chopped cabbage

1 tbsp Ghee or coconut oil

½ tsp cumin seeds
-
Turmeric, salt and coriander for flavor
Preparation:

cabbage finely chop (or use a food processor).

Heat oil , add cumin and fry the cabbage Fry for 6-8 minutes .

Seasoning and serve warm.
Possible uses:

Indian style cabbage rice

Filling for stuffed peppers

Substitute for egg fried rice
