Cauliflower rice – The classic zero-rice alternative

Ingredients:

1 medium-sized cauliflower head (or pre-ground cauliflower)

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric (for color)
Preparation:

The cauliflower Cut into florets and chop in a food processor until it has a rice-like consistency.
