Cauliflower rice – The classic zero-rice alternative

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized cauliflower head (or pre-ground cauliflower)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric (for color)

Preparation:

  1. The cauliflower Cut into florets and chop in a food processor until it has a rice-like consistency.

  2. oil in a pan and add the cauliflower rice 5-7 minutes fry until tender.

  3. Seasoning With salt, pepper and optional spices.

Best use:

  • Pan dishes (e.g. cauliflower fried rice)

  • Buddha bowls

  • Burrito bowls
