Sweet and savory party variant
Servings: 4 | Preparation time: 15 min. | Cooling time: 2 hours

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked baby rice

  • 1.5 cups sweetened quark

  • ¼ cup chopped mango

  • 2 tbsp halved grapes

Tempering:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tbsp Raisins

Optionally:

  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • ¼ tsp Cardamom powder

Preparation:

  1. Layer rice with fruit

  2. Drizzle tempered raisins over it

  3. Cool well
