Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Shirataki rice (konjac rice)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for keto)

  • Optional: ginger, garlic, spring onions

Preparation Preparation:

  1. Shirataki rice Rinse thoroughly under cold water.

  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes , then roast in a pan without liquid.

  3. Add oil, soy sauce and spices and fry for 2 minutes.
