Shirataki rice – calorie-free miracle rice

Ingredients:

1 pack of Shirataki rice (konjac rice)

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for keto)

Optional: ginger, garlic, spring onions
Preparation Preparation:

Shirataki rice Rinse thoroughly under cold water.

Cook for 2-3 minutes , then roast in a pan without liquid.

Add oil, soy sauce and spices and fry for 2 minutes.
