🍽️ Ingredients (for 2-3 servings)

200 g Primal Rice Black Rice

400 ml water
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 clove garlic , finely chopped
-
Sea salt to taste
-
Fresh herbs (optional) – parsley, basil or coriander
Optional flavor enhancers:

Fresh ginger (grated)
-
A dash of lemon juice

Fresh parsley for garnishing
👩🍳 Preparation

Rinse the black rice thoroughly in a fine sieve under cold water.

Bring 400 ml of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.

Add the washed rice and reduce the heat to medium. Simmer for 15–18 minutes, until the rice is tender.

While the rice is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan.

Fry garlic for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Stir in the cooked rice and mix well.

Season with sea salt and mix in herbs or flavor enhancers.

Serve hot and garnish with fresh herbs of your choice.
