Recipe for fried jasmine rice

Fast, tasty and better than takeaway!

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked jasmine rice (old rice works best too)

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 Eggs , beaten

½ cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

2 tbsp soy sauce (or Tamari for a gluten-free version)

1 tsp fish sauce (optional)

2 Spring onions , chopped
Optional proteins:

Shrimp

chicken
-
tofu
Preparation:

Heat oil in a wok, whisk eggs and set aside.

Sauté vegetables for 2 minutes, then add rice.

Mix with soy sauce and fish sauce.

Stir in eggs and green onions. Onions.
Tips:
