Healthy Zero Rice Veg Fried Rice

A light and sugar-free dish, perfect for a conscious diet.
Servings: 2–3, Preparation time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
• 200g Primal Rice Zero Rice
• 400 ml water
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove of garlic
• Sea salt to taste
• Fresh herbs (optional)
Optional flavor enhancers:
• Fresh ginger
• Lemon juice
• Fresh parsley
Preparation:
- Rinse Zero rice thoroughly in a sieve.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot
- Add zero rice and simmer over medium heat for 15–18 minutes
- Finely chop the garlic
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry garlic briefly
- Mix in the cooked rice
- Season with salt
- Garnish with fresh herbs
