Healthy Zero Rice Veg Fried Rice

A light and sugar-free dish, perfect for a conscious diet.

Servings: 2–3, Preparation time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

• 200g Primal Rice Zero Rice

• 400 ml water

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 clove of garlic

• Sea salt to taste

• Fresh herbs (optional)

Optional flavor enhancers:

• Fresh ginger

• Lemon juice

• Fresh parsley

Preparation:

  1. Rinse Zero rice thoroughly in a sieve.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a pot
  3. Add zero rice and simmer over medium heat for 15–18 minutes
  4. Finely chop the garlic
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry garlic briefly
  6. Mix in the cooked rice
  7. Season with salt
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs

Tips:

• Perfect as a side dish to vegetables and protein

• Ideal for a carbohydrate-conscious diet
