🍳 Baby rice recipe (2-3 servings)

🧂 Ingredients:

200 g ancient rice

400 ml water
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 garlic clove (optional)
-
Sea salt to taste (optional)

Fresh herbs (optional – finely chopped)
🌿 Optional flavor enhancers (for toddlers/adults):

Fresh ginger (finely grated)

Fresh parsley
🥣 Instructions:

Rinse thoroughly in a fine mesh sieve to remove natural odors.

Bring water to a boil in a pot.

Add rice and simmer over medium heat for 15–18 minutes.

Finely chop the garlic (optional).

Heat olive oil in a separate pan and lightly fry the garlic.

Stir in the cooked rice. Stir gently.

Add a little salt or leave it out completely.

Garnish with finely chopped herbs (optional).
