Black Rice Salad – A colorful and crunchy dish

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked black rice

  • ½ cup Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ cup Cucumber, diced

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp Lemon tahini dressing (Lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, salt)

Preparation:

  1. Cook black rice and let it cool down.

  2. With vegetables and mix the dressing.

  3. Chill for 30 minutes before serving portion.

Best use:

  • Summer picnics
