Black Rice Salad – A colorful and crunchy dish

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked black rice

½ cup Cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup Cucumber, diced

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp Lemon tahini dressing (Lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, salt)
Preparation:

Cook black rice and let it cool down.

With vegetables and mix the dressing.

Chill for 30 minutes before serving portion.
