Black Rice Pudding – A Healthy Dessert Option

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup black rice

  • 2 cups Coconut milk (or almond milk)

  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup or honey

  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

  • Optional: cinnamon, cardamom, fresh mango

Preparation:

  1. Black rice Soak for 1 hour (optional, reduces cooking time).

  2. In coconut milk  40–45 minutes Simmer until the sauce is creamy.

  3. Sweeten with maple syrup , add vanilla and serve warm or chilled.

Best use:

  • Vegan dessert

  • Breakfast porridge

  • Garnished with nuts and fruits
