Black Rice Pudding – A Healthy Dessert Option

Ingredients:

½ cup black rice

2 cups Coconut milk (or almond milk)

2 tbsp Maple syrup or honey

½ tsp Vanilla extract

Optional: cinnamon, cardamom, fresh mango
Preparation:

Black rice Soak for 1 hour (optional, reduces cooking time).

In coconut milk 40–45 minutes Simmer until the sauce is creamy.

Sweeten with maple syrup , add vanilla and serve warm or chilled.
