Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked black rice

  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar + ½ tsp sugar (for seasoning)

  • Nori sheets

  • Fillings: Avocado, cucumber, crab sticks, smoked salmon

Preparation:

  1. Cooked rice with vinegar & season sugar.

  2. Spread on a nori sheet , add fillings and roll tightly.

  3. Cut into slices and Serve with soy sauce or wasabi.
