Black Rice Sushi – A unique twist on traditional rolls

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked black rice

1 tbsp Rice vinegar + ½ tsp sugar (for seasoning)

Nori sheets

Fillings: Avocado, cucumber, crab sticks, smoked salmon
Preparation:

Cooked rice with vinegar & season sugar.

Spread on a nori sheet , add fillings and roll tightly.

Cut into slices and Serve with soy sauce or wasabi.
